Can I get an airtime plan with bad credit?
Absolutely! On our network we understand not everyone has the perfect score. We accept a high number of applications with a poorer credit or none existing credit reports.
Can I keep my current mobile number?
Absolutely! Simply contact your existing network provider and ask for your PAC code. Once you have this please contact our customer service department who will then arrange for your number to be transferred to your new sim.
How do I request my PAC Code?
Your PAC code can be obtained by texting the word "PAC" to 65075 or by contacting us direct via email, phone or Live Chat. All PAC codes are valid for 30 days and are issued free of charge.
Can I have more than one contract?
Yes! Just make sure you are comfortable with the subscription re-payments and if in doubt always contact a member of our customer services team who are here to help.
I've changed my mind so how do I cancel?
Simply send an email to customerservices@halo-mobile.co.uk quoting your order number and we will get back to you confirming your request. If in doubt please contact our UK Call Centre who are always happy to help.

Halo Mobile uses the O2 network.
How many min, texts and data do I get?
Halo Mobile offers 3 subscription packages all of which include unlimited texts & mins along with monthly data options of: Unlimited, 50GB, 204GB.
Can I pay weekly or fortnightly?
Unfortunately all of our digital Airtime Subscription packages are based on a Monthly Payment Plan. Please contact a member of our customer services team for more info
How Long Does It Take to Get Approved if I have Bad Credit ?
Once you've completed our quick online application and chosen your preferred airtime plan, our automated system will instantly assess your account
